I am happy to offer a cancellation of your purchase and refund your order at any time providing it has not yet been shipped. Please refer to the “Returns & Exchanges Policy” section if you would like to proceed to cancel your order after being posted.

I do not offer cancellations for custom made/personalised items unless the cancellation is requested before the item is made. I apply a certain level of discretion; if the item can be re-sold I am happy to accept cancellations. However, if the item is personalised beyond the alternative of re-selling I will not be able to offer a cancellation.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges with the exception of custom or personalised orders.
I am happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage fees) upon the agreement that the item is returned to me in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Free shipping with all UK orders. I use Royal Mail Standard 1st Class unless otherwise requested (additional charges may incur). I retain all postage receipts for proof of posting (confirmation of date and postcode). 1-3 working days.
